The founder of Bora Bora’s gastronomic gem is Damien Rinaldi-Dovio, a French native eager to discover the wonders of this world and its cultures thru travels. His dabbling in the culinary arts began in France with the teachings of world renown Chef Paul Bocuse, continued across the Atlantic to the most elegant tables, then crossed over to the south Pacific to flourish in the most exotic seascape of a Tahitian paradise.
